Using shamanic meditation and energy healing practices to connect with your intuitive guidance, Being Connected is a great place to begin to build your tool kit of self-healing practices. You can use these practices to support your personal wellbeing for the rest for your life.
This is where we begin to 'do the work'. Fcailiatated over 3 weeks our short online course explores self healing practices enhacing spiritual growth, whilst helping you to;
* Identify energy imbalances
*Discover ways to rebalance the energy centres.
* Expand your personal practices.
Throughout the 90 minute sessions we connect with the intuitive compass within expanding the relationship with the inner creator and discovering the souls potential. Each one of us has a unique gift with, all we need is the understanding of how we can use it.

Working with the Water element we welcome the intuitive wisdom of the womb as we journey to connect to the inner creator.
Working with Energy imbalances we aim to activate the Qi Energy within, allowing a constant and clear flow.
We continue with a Sound Journey to integrate returning soul parts, unlocking unique gifts and stepping into your souls potential.
Community Connections

Our online Community is for our existing clients offering a space to go deeper with your exploration of self healing practices. This is a non-judgemental space where we hold the 'whole' self.
This session is hosted by Shamanic Studio and facilitated with Linda Raven: the Black Rose Teachings. This is open to community members who have completed our Being Connected course or attended the Energy Connections workshops. Offering an inclusive space for those walking a spiritual pathway, this group meets online at various times throughout the year and is respectful of all individual beliefs, values and experiences.

Linda’s sacred mission is in service to help and support humanity’s Sacred Heart awakening. Called to anchor the wisdom teachings of the Black Rose for healing the Heart and self-transformation. The Black Rose is about embodied spirituality.
True authentic living comes from transformation of emotional pain and unacknowledged grief. Coming out of our minds and back into our feeling bodies, we create a new vision aligning us with our highest truth. Integrating Shadow, bringing Masculine and Feminine energies into balance, will take us into a world built on Truth, Honesty, Love, peace, unity and Oneness.

Based in North East Lincolnshire, Hannah from Stellular Sounds specialises in offering unique and rejuvenating sound therapy experiences in the local area.
With a strong commitment to enhancing mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, Hannah provides a variety of services ranging from group therapy events to personalised one-on-one sessions.
Victoria Liddell
Being Connected
Victoria also completed her training with the Edinburgh Shamanic Centre.
Walking a Shamanic pathway Victoria supports our online courses and group workshops. Having completed her Feather Stone Energy Healing, Victoria continues to offer her wisdom through the experience of self-healing practices, honouring the North and South.
Victoria offers an honest insight into the experinces of trying to remain within the 'centre' providing support as we complete these cycles, individually and collectively.
You will find Victoria out in nature communing with the animals expressing the deep connection which she shares with all living beings.
