Our workshops offer inclusive practices which are open to all, regardless of personal values, beliefs, experience and differences. Each workshop has been created by the practitioners which are facilitating. Energy Connections workshops provide a safe sapce where particpants can expand their toolkit of self healing practices to support personal wellbeing for the rest of your life.
Doug Clarke
Doug is passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming space, encouraging students to deepen their self-awareness and nurture not only physical well-being but also the clarity and resilience essential for navigating life with grace and intention.When he's not on the mat practicing arm balances and inversions, Doug enjoys exploring the countryside with his loyal canine companion.
Rama
Rama shares the healing power of yoga and Kirtan, with others through teaching regular group classes in the United Kingdom. Opening the heart through Sacred song Rama holds space for others to connect with their spiritual guides and inner creator through using the voice. With a deep connection to nature, Rama spends his spare time, gardening the earth.
Hannah Hooper
Hannah facilitates profound healing and personal growth harnessing the ancient wisdom of sound healing. Using instruments to journey into an altered state of consciousness or lower brainwave frequency, it is the aim for these sessions to relax and rejuvanate.
Anna Pedder
Anna is passionate about sharing self-healing practices to empower individuals to step into their souls potential. As a member of the Complementary Medical association Anna uses Meditative practices to support emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Connecting with the Centre

In the Connecting with the centre workshop, we combine Energy healing, Intuitive connection and spiritual growth. A combination of Yin Flow Yoga and Shamanic Meditation to support deepening the connection with your medicine.
Connecting the East and the West we bridge the realms of Spiritual and Physical worlds to connect with our intuitive guidance.
This workshop introduces working with the elements to discover imbalances and identify existing spiritual and intuitive gifts.
This helps us to balance the spiritual and physical worlds enhancing our personal, and spiritual practices.
Wisdom of the Water

Working with Energy imbalances we aim to activate the Qi Energy within allowing a constant and clear flow. Clearing on a soul level this workshop invites a deeper connection for ancestral healing for those working with their lineage. We hold space for integration of returning soul parts, discovering our unique medicines and exploring the Souls potential.
Wisdom of the water workshops provide a safe space to support personal healing and transformational growth. During this workshop these is the opportunity to relax, release and restore the energy centres. Shamanic Meditation, Sound Therapy Healing, Astrological insights, Oracle Cards and Sharing.
Calling from the Heart

Join us for this single or half day workshop. This blend of Music, Meditation, Storytelling and Song calls to the Ancestors in the North direction. A call from the heart this workshop allows participants to connect with their own medicine intuitively, through a blend of Music, Meditation, Storytelling and Song. The activities in this session will offer participants the opportunity to deepen the connection to their unique medicine with power retrieval energy work.
Through connection as a community, we open our hearts through song encouraging connection to our individual guides. The workshop provides the opportunity to work on specific imbalances and energy blockages, using shamanic meditative practices to discover the creator within.
