Meditation 

Guided Shamanic Meditation  aims to help you rest, restore and release. 

This monthly Meditation group is a good way to support your own healing journey, rebalance the energy centres, or simply relax and rest the body. Our classes are designed to help you learn to quiet the mind, even if only for a few minutes each day. 

Focusing on Relaxation-Healing-Integration our monthly group embeds some short self practices into each session. 

Monthly Online class First Wednesday of the Month; Check out our workshops and events for classes. 

Meditation Groups

We currently support external organisations and companies prividng meditation group sessions  to support overall wellbeing. 

 Classes can be accessed through our partnership organisations such as NELCarers Support. 

Contact us to enquire about your own Meditation group sessions to support Wellbeing in the Workplace, Self-regulation and Self-care. 

Meditation practices can be used to help deal with stress, release anxiety and help sleep.
