As a member of the Complementary Medicine association we are passionate about using meditative practices to support your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. A great way to deepen the connection to your inner creator. Sessions are Open to all, regardless of experience.

This group meets online at various times throughout the year and is respectful of all individual beliefs, values and experiences.
Community Connections is for members who have completed our online course and particpated in our Energy Connections workshops.
This is a safe space where we are responsible for holding the 'whole' self.
This group is for community members to explore the duality of energy healing practices, for the self and for those working with others.

Being Connected

Our online course is a great introduction for anyone who is new to Shamanic Practices.
This short course helps you to identify energy imbalances and understand how they influence your day to day interactions.
The aim for this course is to offer an inisight into the ways our concious and unconcious minds can sometimes conflict. How this affects our energy body and the impacts on attuning to our natural cycles.
This 3 week online course is designed to help you recognise the imbalances strengthening the communciation with the self, and deepening our understanding of how to realign and rebalance, for ourselves.

Group Meditation

Our online group Meditation sessions can be used to promote relaxation and facilitate energy healing.
Meditation is a great tool which can be used to promote self-care practices and support sleep patterns. It can also aid relaxation, calm the nervous system and relieve stress.
Shamanic meditation can be used to support ongoing energy work as well as helping to identify energy imbalances.
We provide group meditation sessions privately and for organisations or external companies as well as our online sessions and events.
