Shamanic Meditation and Journey
Shamanic Meditation can help to release Energy Blockages and Remove Intrusions which may be causing imbalances, within our day to day lives.
As a member of the Complementary Medical association Anna is passionate about using meditative practices to support mental, emotional, physical and spirutal wellbeing.
Our Shamanic journey group session offers a space for deepening the connection to the creator within empowering the client on their spiritual pathway.
Deepening your personal journey whilst exploring self healing practices, these sessions can be used to develop meditative practices for self healing, promote relaxation and restoration for the body, mind, soul, and support emotional wellbeing.
Group Meditation
Join us in-person, or online for Shamanic Meditation and Journey sessions.

Shamanic Meditation sessions can also be used to explore past life work, deal with intrusive energies, retrieve soul parts, discover energy imbalances and meet animal allies.
A small group of 3 people per session.

We use Shamanic Meditation to explore our selfwork during the Energy Connections workshops and Being Connected courses.
Facilitating group sessions and workshops for external organisations, group meditation can also be used to promote personal wellbeing.
