Booking and Cancellation When booking Shamanic studio Grimsby services, you will recieve a confirmation of your booking. For Individual services you can use this link to cancel or reschedule your appointment/booking. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48hours will be charged the full rate. Booking for group sessions adhere to the same terms and conditions. Where possible, when booking a group session/workshop/course/event we will try to offer you a space at an alternative date, this is at the facilitators discretion. Bookings made via external platforms where it is not possible to reschedule or cancel your session via a link still adhere to the same cancellation policy. Please note due to the booking system being set to a cancellation policy any refunds for any group session or event will be processed after the date of the event. We do not always have the ability to control the refund policy of an external platform therefore refunds will be processed and repaid within 7 working days. All sessions and / or services must be paid in full, a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment and/or event taking place to ensure your session is confirmed. Our booking system will require you to make a payment in full or a deposit at the time of booking any and all of our services to confirm your booking.
Our online classes are ran throughout the year with start-dates at the discretion of the facilitator. By booking/paying for this service you agree to start on the designated 'start-date' of the course/programme. Where sessions are live it is not possible to make the session available as recordings therefore it is imporatnt to ensure you can attend all of the date/days/times when making the booking. Any missed sessions will not be refunded or provided in another format. Participants who withdraw from the course/ programme without completion will still be expected to cover the payments for the entire course. Please Note: deposits are non-refundable. Our courses/workshops /events and services adhere to the same cancellation policy. If we cancel any of our services we will reimburse the payment that you have made. Please note Some of our services are subjective to booking fees. Booking fees are dependent upon the individual booking platform used to purchase the tickets and not the control of Shamanic Studio Grimsby therefore we are unable to refund booking fees for any of our services despite the period of cancellation meeting our T&Cs.

Whilst complementary medicine such as energy healing can provide many benefits it does not substitute medical treatment, advice, or guidance. A diagnosis or treatment is not being provided during the session; For this reason, this session does not replace a medical treatment/session/or diagnosis and you understand that the information provided during this session is not a diagnosis, cure, or prevention of further medical conditions. As our energy continues to integrate on a subtle level over the next few days, or weeks, we can often continue to feel the effects after the session; I am available for contact during this phase to support you as you begin to integrate the energy.
Shamanic Energy Work means that we work with spirit to create a sacred space for healing to take place; this healing experience can be transformational as we go to the depths of our life force connecting with our higher self and in essence, opening old wounds and triggering trauma; this is not always an easy process but it is something which many people find extremely beneficial; we cannot release a trauma without seeking it first; the energy body communicates its needs for rebalance and integration, possible removal, and clearing. It is the responsibility of the participant/client to inform the practitioner of any medical, or health, issues which may affect the work. In booking and/or paying for our services you are agreeing to be responsible for informing the practitioner of any medical, personal, mental, emotional, individual needs, or other information which may impact on your own wellbeing.
When attending sessions we may use various essential oils, sage, burning incense and others herbs to clear our space for work. Please inform us before attending your if you would prefer us not to use any oils/herbs due to personal preference, medical conditions or other reasons. Please note: Our 1;1 room is used daily with these herbs/oils being burned daily.
Gift vouchers are available for personal readings only and we do not offer gift vouchers for our energy healing services or any other services. Gift vouchers are valid to use within 12 months of the date of purchase. Please note we add additional £1 fee to our Personal Reading services when purchasing gift voucers.
