Meet Our team
Energy Connections workshops offer inclusive practices which are open to all, regardless of personal values, beliefs, experience and differences. Each workshop has been created by the practitioners which are facilitating.
Our online Community Connections group provides ongoing support clients who have completed our online Being Connected Course. Our classes, courses and workshops aim to support particpants as they expand their toolkit of self healing practices to support personal wellbeing for the rest of their life.

Doug Clarke
Doug is passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming space, encouraging students to deepen their self-awareness and nurture not only physical well-being but also the clarity and resilience essential for navigating life with grace and intention.
Trained in both Vinyasa and Yin yoga, he believes that through mindful sequencing and purposeful stillness, practitioners can connect with sensation—the body’s own language—and cultivate balance, strength, and inner equanimity.
When he's not on the mat practicing arm balances and inversions, Doug enjoys exploring the countryside with his loyal canine companion.

Linda Raven
Linda’s sacred mission is in service to help and support humanity’s Sacred Heart awakening.
Called to anchor the wisdom teachings of the Black Rose for healing the Heart and self-transformation.
The Black Rose is about embodied spirituality. "True authentic living comes from transformation of emotional pain and unacknowledged grief.
Integrating Shadow, bringing Masculine and Feminine energies into balance, will take us into a world built on Truth, Honesty, Love, peace, unity and Oneness."

Hannah Hooper
Hannah of Stellular Sounds, offers unique and rejuvenating sound therapy experiences designed to support mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
With a deep respect for the ancient roots of sound healing, Hannah uses therapeutic instruments, gently guiding participants into altered states of consciousness or lower brainwave frequencies, where healing, insight and calm can be achieved. These frequencies don’t just wash over you, they are absorbed, interacting with the body on a cellular level to help release tension, restore balance and promote healing.
Whether you’re seeking emotional clarity, nervous system support, or a deeper connection to yourself, Hannah offers a nurturing and grounded approach to sound therapy, one that meets you where you are and helps you tune back into yourself.

Anna Pedder
As a member of the Complementary Medical association Anna uses Meditative practices to support emotional, physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Anna created Being Connected after combining her previous work. As part of Anna's academic research she explored ways to utilise theatrical platforms to provide communities with a voice through sharing their stories.
Oue wellbeing workshops aim to bridge the gap between the 'self' we have created and the authentic 'self' within.

Commuity Connections
Our online community is open to clients who have completed our Being Connected course.
Designed to support those walking a spiritual pathway, this is a group where each person is responsible for holding the 'whole' self.
This group meets online approximately five times per year. Hosted by Shamanic Studio Grimsby, and facilitated by Linda Raven a short energy work practice is included in these sessions.
